Except otherwise stated, any excursion tours or packages cancelled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following:

Excursion Tours/Attractions/Overnight accommodation:

• 50% cancellation fee (No Refund) = if cancelled 24 hours before the date of excursion.
• 100% cancellation fee (No Refund) = if cancelled on the day of the excursion or after (termed as a ‘no-show’)

Please note, that certain suppliers apply more stringent cancellation fees, which might apply if relevant.

If the customer cancels his travel plan due to any reason after submission his visa application to the authorised submission centre, then total paid visa fees, including service charges, are non-refundable. The visa fee is non-refundable once paid, and even your visa is done/cancelled/refused.

If their visas not yet applied from our company then we do refund fully visa fee paid by the customers to us within 10 working days method of the payment same how the customer paid us ( credit card, debit card, cash)
